CONTACT US
Despite their small stature, Munchkins have big personalities and carry their kitten-like personality through with them into adulthood. They are playful, outgoing and easy to train. They are very sociable and loving cats who make fantastic family pets as they get along well with children and other pets.
These shortened legs come from a naturally occurring mutation that can actually arise in any cat. While extremely cute and sweet-looking, Munchkins are quick, intelligent, and love a good game of hide-and-seek with shiny objects. Munchkin cats can live to be 12-15 years old.
The only difference between a Munchkin cat and other cat breeds is their shortened legs. Munchkins are just as energetic and lively as other cats, and they don't seem to recognize that they are much shorter than just about anyone—cats, dogs, kids, and adults
